Business Overview: PANTPANT creates handcrafted pet accessories, including dog bucket hats, bow ties, and sailor bows.
Agreement: By placing an order on our site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or state of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow your minor dependents to use this site.
Updates to Terms: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of or access to the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Handmade Products & Fabric Availability

Handmade Uniqueness: Because all our items are handmade, minor variations in pattern placement, stitching, or size (within reasonable tolerances) may occur. These variations are a hallmark of artisanal crafting and are not considered defects.
Limited Fabric Stocks: Our fabrics are curated in small, limited batches. Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed and authorised by us.
Out-of-Stock Items: In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you via email to offer a full refund or an alternative design.

3. Sizing & Customer Responsibility

Measurement Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to review our Size Guide and accurately measure their dog’s head and collar before ordering.
Exchanges & Alterations: If an incorrect size is ordered, any eligible exchanges or strap modifications are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy, including applicable modification fees (e.g., SGD $15 for elastic strap adjustments) and all associated shipping charges.

4. Pricing, Payment & Orders

Currency & Prices: All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity, stock errors, or incorrect pricing listed on the website.

5. Shipping & Delivery (Local & International)

Processing Time: Since items are handmade, please allow [e.g., 5 to 10 business days] for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Fees & Taxes: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. For international orders, customers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by their destination country.
Delivery Delays: While we strive to ship your orders promptly, PANTPANT is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

All content on this website—including brand name, logos, text, graphics, product photography, and designs—is the property of PANTPANT and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of our products or website content without express written permission from us.

7. Limitation of Liability & Pet Safety

Pet Supervision: Our accessories are designed for decorative and casual wear. It is the owner’s responsibility to supervise their pets while wearing any accessories. PANTPANT is not liable for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from the misuse or unsupervised wearing of our products.
