Thank you for supporting our small business! Every single bucket hat, bow tie, and sailor bow is lovingly handmade with limited-edition fabrics. Because of the custom, limited nature of our pieces, we have a few guidelines in place for returns and exchanges.

Please take a moment to review our policy below before placing your order.

General Guidelines

• Final Sale & No Change-of-Mind and Wrong Sizing Returns: Because our items are made in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of sizing, change of mind, change of preferences, or design choices once your order has arrived.

• Refunds: Because fabric inventory is limited, stock can occasionally run out. If an item you ordered is no longer available, we will reach out via email right away to offer you a full refund or help you swap to another design you love. Otherwise, all sales are final.

• Sizing Check: To ensure the perfect fit for your pup, we strongly encourage checking our Size Guide and measuring your dog’s head and collar before ordering!
