Shipping policy

At PANTPANT, every single bucket hat, bow tie, and sailor bow is handcrafted in small batches right here in Singapore. We pack every order with care to make sure your pup's new look arrives safely at your doorstep!

1. Order Processing Time

Because our products are handmade with limited-edition fabrics, please allow 5 to 10 business days for us to craft, prepare, and pack your order before it is dispatched.

• Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding Singapore Public Holidays).

• High-Volume Periods: During launch drops, holidays, or sales, processing may take slightly longer. We will inform you via email if there are any unexpected delays.

2. Local Shipping (Singapore)

We ship locally using tracked postal services (e.g., SingPost Tracked Mail / Courier Service) to ensure your parcel can be traced from our studio to your home.

• Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately during checkout. Re-delivery fees for returned parcels due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.
  

3. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

• Tracking Your Parcel: Once dispatched, an email containing your tracking number and tracking portal link will be sent to you.
  

• Lost or Damaged Items: PANTPANT is not liable for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit once handed over to the shipping provider. However, if your tracked parcel appears stuck or lost, please contact us at pantpantsg@gmail.com, and we will gladly help open an inquiry with the carrier.
