We do not have a physical store, however we welcome you to schedule a Try-on Session with us at Fernvale Road, Sengkang, Singapore, if you want to see how our accessories fit on your pup. Do ensure that you've looked at our size chart before scheduling one, as our accessories typically fit medium to extra-large sized dogs for now, and we want to avoid disappointment during the session.
Do your bucket hats fit dogs with pointy ears?
Yes, our bucket hats fit dogs with pointy and floppy ears, although we have observed that dogs with floppy ears tend to hold down the hat on their heads better.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been placed, we will take up to 2 weeks to handmake your items, before shipping them out. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on the courier.
What if I ordered a wrong size for my pup?
We highly encourage you to look at our size chart and how-to-measure guide before purchasing. If you're still unsure, schedule a Try-on Session with us at Fernvale Road, Sengkang, Singapore, if you want to see how our accessories fit on your pup.
In the event that you've ordered a wrong size for your pup, exchanges for a different size is subject to availability and not guaranteed as we handmake our accessories in small batches. The cost of the shipping to-and-fro will be at the expense of the customer. We seek your understanding.
What if I decide to change my mind after I placed my order?
We seek your understanding that we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

How much does shipping cost?
For delivery within Singapore, orders below $70 cost $2 and takes 3-5 business days to reach your letterbox.
Can I wash the accessories?
Yes, you can wash the accessories. We recommend to handwash them, but machine wash in the laundry net is also possible. Do ensure that the water is less than 40 degrees, and do not tumble dry. Washing naturally causes wrinkles. You may iron or steam them on low heat to remove the wrinkles.
